Leadership Team

Monica is the Chairperson of Mobilus and the Director/Group Chief Executive Officer of Eccaz Sdn Bhd. She graduated from City University, London, with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Accountancy and Economics. She is a fellow member of several institutes that include the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales; Chartered Accountant, Malaysia; and the Malaysian Institute of Taxation.

Prior to Eccaz, she was the Group Deputy Managing Director of Ireka Corporation Berhad and worked for two international accounting firms in England and Hong Kong respectively.

Chee Kian is the Director/CEO of Mobilus and a Director of Eccaz Sdn. Bhd. He graduated from University of Bristol, England with a First Class Honours, Master of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering in year 2000.

Prior to joining Eccaz, Chee Kian was the Group Executive Director of Ireka Corporation Berhad. At the start of his career, he was a management & strategy consultant with Accenture in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok, where he advised a broad range of clients including large multi-national companies, Government-link agencies and local enterprises throughout Asia Pacific on strategic and operational issues.

Graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with Master Degree in Process Engineering. 15 years experiences for international projects in transportation and energy industry and currently as General Manager of Overseas Department at CRRC MRT Holding Group Co., Ltd in Shanghai.

Tasked to support project management and resources for high end commercial vehicles, new energy buses and key components. Also establish business development activities, stakeholders engagement, and consultant within CRRC Group.
